A Pennsylvania cop tased the crap out of an unarmed man until he was lying helplessly face down in the snow. She then put the taser away and shot him twice in the back while he was still lying prone on the ground.
She naturally used the tried and true "I thought he had a gun and was askeeered for my life" defence and got off. (The victim did have an expired inspection sticker on his car, which is, indeed pretty scary.)
Having done so, she whined about the toll the whole thing had taken on her life.
She intends to keep on being a cop in the suburb where she worked. Who knows how many expired inspection stickers she might turn up.
